“There will come a time when all words have been written, all sounds composed, and all image created. All then will be Mimicalism.”

This quote is attributed to Volker Bourne – an associate of the Global Research Institute of Technology and Innovation (GRITI)

His observations of the work at the GRITI Robotics Faculty inspired his short story “Le Rayon Citron”.

Notably it was the training of HUXLEY – the first robohumaton – that led him to ponder how long it would take for artificial and super intelligence to exhaust all combinations of words, sounds and image. This led to a future epoch envisioned where all that was produced was a repeat – either all or in part – and that era would require a name. Thus was born a new word “mimicalism”.

Through this Volker Bourne became a key proponent of “polyonoms”. A polyonom was – like mimicalism – a word that was created to use in the fast-paced evolution of language.

The polyonom came into being because the dictionaries, thesauri and other reference material that had served mankind so well over the centuries moved at a pace that was unable to match that enabled through mankind’s use of artificial intelligence – and, indeed ,the phenomenon of self-taught super intelligence.
